Southeast Neighborhood Development, Inc. (SEND) is a nonprofit community development corporation that advocates for housing, economic, and social equity by working with residents, business owners, and community partners to create and maintain inclusive, healthy, and vibrant neighborhoods in southeast Indy.

Who we serve
Our catchment area spans a vibrant and diverse section of Indianapolis, stretching from downtown eastward toward Christian Park and encompassing neighborhoods like Bates-Hendricks, Bean Creek, Fountain Fletcher, Garfield Park, Norwood, Old Southside, University Heights, and Twin Aire. Each community has unique needs, and we’re dedicated to meeting them with integrity and care, focusing on what matters most to the people we serve.
